服务超一流的，第一天入住的房间，卫生间有异味，和前台说了，马上有人员给处理了，到时还有点味。本想着就这样吧，也不住几天，可第二天就主动给我们调了一个房间。原来的是三人间，给我们调了一个套间。真的要赞一个，下次去哈尔滨还定你家了。

性价比一流，旅游离各大景点都非常近，中央大街就在楼下，兆麟公园就在楼下，想逛到几点就逛到几点，圣索菲亚教堂不到1千米，冰雪大世界，极地馆，雪博会29路双层公交巴士2块钱直达，火车站，巴洛克建筑群公交4站地，到哪儿都方便，累了还能回去休息一下再逛，地理位置方便至极。
3人间房间宽敞，无窗白天有些压抑，但是性价比高，冬天房间非常热。有窗房间空气流通更好。总之非常好。

地理位置非常非常好，中央大街就在楼下，吃的很多，出门500米就有公交，往来冰雪大世界，极地馆，太阳岛雪博会。地理位置满分。三人房房间很大，很舒适。
