作为工会下属的酒店，管理上很有制度性，规范性，但是缺少人情味。客房服务大姐很贴心，还给孩子找了一双儿童拖鞋。但是前台2016年10月26日下午两点当班的前台你真是太恶心了，非要逼着我把三四岁大还睡着的孩子和行李搬出来才给我退房，我和她商量先把手续办着，然后我再去拿行李，下楼你再给我发票和钱，我们也着急赶火车，但是孩子刚睡醒就到外面零下的环境肯定会感冒的...我真是不想回想她那副嘴脸，只有一句话：超时一分钟都要你半天钱。这是为人民服务的单位吗？都不如一家私人旅馆贴心。对客房服务人员我真心感谢你们，是你们不断安慰我，顶着被领导批评的危险让我的孩子多清醒一会。但是孩子还是感冒了，一直流鼻涕。我对那个前台（她自称是经理）的人，只能诅咒，愿你一辈子有恶报。酒店订的价格很高，都是为那些公出不花自己钱的公务人员准备的，政府的宾馆，呵呵。
