这个酒店各方面都还可以 只不过在留取押金的时候根本没和客人说明白 什么时候给客人返回押金 房间都退了 押金说退不了 一会说七天退 一会又说的一个月 我就想知道 你们谁说的算 我就没听说过谁家酒店刷卡付押金得等到一个月才能退的 你家在这方面太奇葩 而且互相推诿 我就想说 哈市环境好的宾馆很多的 而且谁家也没像你家这样推诿客人 反正我下次不会选你家了 押金的事 到现在半个月了还没给我退 你们酒店老板知道你们这么对待客人嘛？
