网上预定后不能入住，凌晨订的，不能算当晚，又不能取消订单，多方协商无果，夜己深，人地生疏，只能重开房，因为我去办事，只停留一晚，订单支付的房费就这样糟蹋了，😡

最差的一次住宿，房间门打不开，从入住开始就进不去房间，要打电话找服务员，然后出去吃饭回来还是不好用，还要打电话到前台找服务员给开，结果一个男生服务员态度极差，还说是我操作不当，怎么你这个华旗酒店住宿房卡有技术含量呀？真是气愤，以后再也不住这里了……不过楼层那个大姐态度很好，谢谢她！

这服务态度也是差极了，5星级酒店居然跟路边小店一样的服务水平。连个微笑也没有。实在是烂，说实话我宁可住街边小店也不会再住这里了。
1、服务态度差极了，无人理，无人管
2、夜晚灯光污染，所有窗户灯自己就亮了。
3、楼下叫了个出租车，被保安叫来叫去的，就凭借自己是传统五星级酒店，就飞扬跋扈，全酒店的人都是这样，也不知道你们装nm什么b。一肚子火，下次给钱也不会住了。

七百多豪华间中的普通档。房间挺大，算套房吧，一个2米的大床，设施有点旧了。早餐种类很丰富，但质量有待改进。下次应该还会考虑住这。
