实名感谢前台小姐姐杨金楠，服务态度非常nice，有疑惑也为我们很耐心的解答了。我们入住的豪华房因为后半夜一些不可抗力因素导致无法入眠，联系前台就帮我们升级了行政房，态度满分。行政酒廊服务意识也很到位，反应了问题第一时间得到了解决，总体来讲细节可能不太到位，不过服务意识很棒。ps：泳池有点冷

位置不错，酒店方位算哈西区规格最高的商务酒店，适合办事，早餐贵吃起来一般，还需下功夫。泳池很干净，行政酒廊有打印扫描服务和小会议室提供，床品和卫生很好。

五一入住，下机场打车40分钟收费100元，离市区不算近，都要打车，周边吃饭比较多有商场可逛。大堂挺气派的，大床房也不小，然后呢就是五星酒店，居然没有护理包！没有剃须刀！大床中间部位都凹陷了…我的天…三晚睡的腰痛。淋浴间小的可怜，不隔水，洗个澡全流在外边了，地漏看起来非常糟糕，浴缸掉漆了。厕纸真的是又硬又薄又发黄！！卫生状态也灾难。床上和浴缸里都有头发。。。 吧台弄成一个柜子很不方便，一个是灯光暗一个是都没地方倒水。。。

前台和服务员态度非常好，前台跟我们说明了我预定的房型没房了，给免费做了升级，住了两晚套房，房间超大超豪华，真是非常舒适

我去的时候无烟房间没有了，前台美女帮我升级了房型，特别感谢她，带着孩子来玩的无比开心，床特别舒服，浴缸够大，屋里设施一应俱全，本市星级酒店里性价比首选这里
