秒杀价订的酒店，很超值，居住环境也很好，酒店的设施很全，有孩子玩的地方也有大人健身的地方，离万达很近，有免费停车场，孩子8岁，一家三口睡在两米的大床也够睡，浴室里面的大浴缸是孩子超爱滴，去之前可以准备好消毒液和一次性浴缸套，就是床比较软，喜欢睡硬床的会不太解乏！

该行业及该酒店亟待整顿。前台像是未经培训上岗的，态度很不好。支付出现问题，住店客人已扣款成功但前台坚持未收到款，不但不主动帮顾客想办法，还板着脸重复“反正我没收到”“我怎么知道会这样”。就连简单的请协助证明顾客已重复支付了两次也不予正面回应。 酒店收费的矿泉水未明码标价。 总价2700的房间，预定时已交了900元担保金，到店又交了3700+3500元，说是房费和押金。并且签字确认单上没有价款押金金额等关键要素。

酒店服务非常好，融雪乐园很棒，稍有不足：冬季游泳池很冷，没有儿童池，早餐排队严重，每个房间只提供3瓶免费饮用水，其它方面都是棒棒的，以后有机会还是会选择嘉华
