每次到平房区出差都住这家酒店，在平房区可以说是最好的酒店了。周围虽不是闹市区，却也并不显偏僻。
酒店到侵华日军731部队陈列馆很近，也就隔着一条马路。

房间有装修残留异味，所谓豪华大床房的床竟然是一米五的床，房间很小，洗手间更小的冲凉无法转身，真的糟蹋豪华两个字了。双人房只配一张房卡，要求增加一张，竟然需要加收五十块押金，（已经缴纳1500的押金的情况下），如果定另外一个商务双人房的话，竟然只含一个早餐卷（双人房一张早餐卷头回遇见），洗漱用品极其简陋。无法和周边的上商务酒店相比。差评。
