通过微信平台艺龙网预定双床房，房间小，设施不全，入住四晚，换了三次房间，入住当晚，因酒店无可换房间，故前台服务员同意入住一晚后退房，但艺龙官方电话接听人员，声称主管售后投诉的，态度极其恶劣，言你就是投诉一百遍，一千遍也没用，房间就是不能退。
