条件太一般了，不是高校边的宾馆绝对不值这个价钱。建议学生家长定哈工程内的国际交流中心，虽然贵40元但条件好多了！

周围环境不错，很安静，离工程大学校近，交通方便，房间干净*就是房间没无线网，有点不便*住了几天，房间打扫不算认真，虽影响不大，但还是有点脏，总的还是好的，早餐也还可以，服务也好，下次来哈尔滨还会选择入住。

第二次住了，一日既往的好，早餐丰盛，卫生环境良好，服务态度良好，美中不足的是房间浴室拉门不牢固，很怕门掉下来被砸到，还有地漏堵住了，其他都可以，希望酒店越办越好
