这个宾馆下次在也不住了，屋子收拾的不干净不说，连用品也不给配，免费宽带老掉线，电视电源没电，真的不能住。

太差了，在工大办点事儿，想着这家比较近，就订了两晚，结果一进门一股霉味儿，房间里一次性拖鞋都是旧的，水杯也不干净，害得我又下去买瓶水喝，第二天赶紧换了地方

服务态度差劲，尤其是总台的服务员，不知道是不是家里面有丧事之类的情况。卫生情况还可以，入住的时候给了我一间比较吵得房间，换了两次之后还是不满意，我说那我不住了，总台的冷脸小姐都已经快跟我嚷嚷起来了说：我已经走账了，就算不住钱也退不了。我就纳闷了，我问她：凭什么呀，我住了吗？我动过你们东西吗？我不满意还不能退了，什么道理？！后来一名服务人员拿了几张房卡让我自己选了一间，还算安静的，但是房间里面有烟味，开窗户放到半夜。总之服务员的素质有待提高。我不会再选择这家酒店了。

位置就在哈工大的正门旁，到哈工大办事非常方便。室内清洁也不错，如果到哈工大办事，相对西宛宾馆\哈特商务酒店，性价比要好得多。

两次订该酒店，已发确认短信，告知我安心入住、第一次提前打电话过去，告知无我的订单，好在有房，住了。第二次订该酒店，依旧确认，到了，告知无订单，无房。艺龙的信誉很成问题！
