我们是在艺龙预订3天，每天价格418元，房间面积20㎡的房间。第1天入住501房间，房间好小，卫生间太小，不是那种干湿分区的房间，与我们预订房间20㎡严重不符，而且下水可能还有点问题，洗过澡后卫生间里就漫水到房间了，结账时与酒店交涉仍然收我们418元房费，这点非常不满意，主要是与预订房间20㎡等标准严重不符，与我们期待值有一定差距。换位思考，就是酒店内部人员自己花费每天价格418元，入住501房间也不会接受。第2、3天换到了505房间，价格418元，算是比较满意。酒店服务人员的服务态度都非常好，服务热情，说话也温柔，服务挺满意。酒店地理位置特别好，附近就是中央大街，周围购物、吃饭、出行都非常方便。酒店早餐很好，很满意。
