住了这么多酒店，第一次遇到这么牛逼的男前台和所谓的男值班经理。态度很差，态度生硬。酒店牛逼，就代表你可以牛逼的要死？我上网10分钟，打开国外网页花了8分钟，然后收了我20块钱。最可笑的是给我开会务发票。这种员工留着有何合用？不是不能开上网费发票吗？为啥投诉到12345就可以开了？来回寄发票的费用都要花50！这种员工尽快解雇！
