整体环境不错，地段好，属于经济类房型，适合学生打工一族居住，定位商务酒店就有很大差距。与周边同区域宾馆相比性价比高。
美中不足的是房屋设施简陋陈旧。最不能容忍的是住在高层的楼层，经常碰到水龙头水很小不出水的情况。而且水质偶尔混浊。如果对抽水水泵马达和水质改进就好了。否则在洗澡的过程经常停水是无比尴尬的事。
