就是原来的湖南大厦改名，重新装修，装修味道有点重，对气味过敏者慎租，但地点位置都很适中， 交通方便， 打车方便，房间和床都挺大，采光也很好，特别二楼中餐厅的的广东点心值得称赞，虽然价格略高，但很地道，味道不错，值得下一次旅行再租住，

房间有味道，应该是新装修的，对气味敏感者需考虑。房间是统一的白，估计装修的人是处女座。

装修还不错，可惜房间铺的不是地毯而是瓷砖，穿拖鞋容易滑倒。

房间装修可以，热水是温泉水，洗身上滑滑的不舒服，而且不够热，厕所没有装修，装修就更上档次了

一共住了四天，第一天电钻响第二天大锤砸墙的声音第三天还有砸墙的声音，网还不好用没有网，又换了一个房间，空调不好用第四天空调也不好用。这四天热水全部不热。真是差差差差差死了
