早上叫了个moring.call，但是服务员没有叫醒我，导致我误了飞机，跟前台服务员说了后，说马上查清楚，在去机场的路上接到了大堂经理小方的电话，一再致以歉意，还一再问我机票退票费多少，在她们能力范围内的可以承担，虽然退票和后续订票多花了600多，但是想想自己也是睡得太沉，没必要让人小姑娘个人承担，主要是比较郁闷的心情瞬间变好了，看来有时候对待一件事情的态度，能让事情向不同方向发展
