大堂门口停满了汽车，我不得不选择旁边的一个斜平台下去，导致我摔跤了，手上裂开了一道口子，流了很多血，衣服上全是血，去找大堂服务人员，衞生箱子里啥也没有，消毒工具一样没有，就棉签与创可贴；太气人了，这不应该是一个酒店必备的吗？因为直接定了两天，退也没有办法退，只能住下去，酒店方没有任何人出面表示歉意？？？？图片是8.28晚拍，事情发生8.10日早上，伤口己过18天才好。

Nice and clean room. Very nice loundry room with drayer and washing machine. Crew don't speak english but they helpful you just need translator. Many restaurants and service's near by. Room matching to pictures from trip.com

I stayed for 6 nights while on vacation - my opinion may be a bit biased as my favorite color is purple ('Lavende' = lavender motif throughout the whole hotel). Staff was wonderful & accommodating despite my lack of Chinese. Housekeeping was unobtrusive and thurough. It is clear that they have remodeled recently and I hope they will eventually get to replacing the carpet in the first room I stayed in. It was readily apparent the carpet was well-maintained (and I did appreciate the pattern & purple motif), for as worn as it was. The second room I stayed in was recently remodeled and wonderful. I would suggest for anyone staying here, I would suggest a room on the 8th floor or above so you might enjoy a city view of Haikou.

Stayed here just one night. Can’t complain about it really. Clean and efficient. Coffee at breakfast was horrid. If you’re a coffee enthusiast, probably best to nip out and get some.

Location is good. Room very clean and well fitted, new and well maintained, great bed and pillows. Amenities great. Great attention for detail. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast available (optional), though cheap and basic (just 4 euro). I stayed at 4 different branches of lavande and all of them have been a surprisingly great experience,
Great price/quality!! Certainly recommend this brand and this branch.
