乾净整洁，服务热情。退房时东西落在酒店了，酒店工作人员发现後，第一时间联系我们给送回来。价格也很亲民。唯一的遗憾是早餐政策不够明确，其他都很赞????

入住第二天，各方面都很不错，交通便利，设备齐全，工作人员也很热情。目前差旅已结束，已离开海南，如果下次再去海口，还会选择入住这家酒店。

10月24号入店，退房後服务员説两小时後退按金，今天11.11号了还没有退，昨天和店员沟通，今天上午必须退，但是还是不退，没办法，没有给过差评，也会联系携程，遇到了，商家这麽不主动，不积极，已经给了他们时间处理，然後还是不处理，只能差评

房间説是声控灯，然後不説话，凉了一晚上，根本睡不着，灯泡又是在灯里的，又抠不出来，跟经理打电话又説让我们挺到明天解决，还在衞生间墙上发现刀片，但是给我们换房间了，主要是这个灯，设计的真神经????????
