订的带早餐的房间，结果到店前台非说房间不带早餐，怎么都不承认带餐，最后说是销售部的问题，因为自身的问题导致客人入住耽误很长时间不能入住，没有一丝歉意，另一个前台接待来句“给加上不就行了“
因为不能携带刀子飞机，酒店提供水果刀是最基本的服务，这家酒店不能提供，理由是水果刀属于危险品，真是醉了。
房间住两个人，只给一张房卡，问前台再给一张，方便两人分别行动，结果被告知只能一张卡。
以上种种，算是我见过服务最low的酒店了，竟然敢自称高档酒店，笑死了，自我感觉太良好了
