一直比较喜欢住在宝华，设施齐全不说，各种服务也很到位。而且距离我喜欢的万绿园很近，很适合晚上散步，早上锻炼。尤其是客服中心，有什么需要都能非常及时妥善的解决！点赞👍 我的运动手表落在酒店了，多感谢 服务员是王夏梅 我是文员傅小姐帮我找回来。

酒店干净卫生，性价比高。房间里可以看到海景。对面就是万绿园，去海边儿溜溜吹吹风十分惬意。门口的公交车非常方便,可以去骑楼老街看看。在附近用餐也是很方便,距离海口东站高铁站也不远。总之，这个酒店选对了，因此又续住了一天。

第一次入住宝华，感觉很不错，能做到急客人之所急，前台办理入住很快速，安排了一间新装修的房间，房间干净明亮，就是酒店后面有个大工地，影响心情！退房当天竟然粗心大意的将钥匙落在酒店大堂的沙发上，办完事后才发现钥匙丢失，着急之下打电话回酒店询问，大堂吴经理捡到一串钥匙，经过核实，确定为我丢失的钥匙，非常感谢！由于时间关系，无法赶回酒店领取，希望酒店能安排人员送过来。吴经理感觉到我很着急，正好赶上其下班，于是他亲自把钥匙给我送了过来！真是非常感谢！
