还可以，感觉送水果的听奇特的，必须要当天入住才有，比如我住三晚，不想说了，太累了，反正不想在住了。

酒店大堂、电梯间，房间，气味都很难闻。退房结账时给了前台名片还是把发票台头写错，却以“刮开了奖区”拒绝重新开发票，最终拨打投诉电话后才得以解决。感觉很不爽

这是在海口入住酒店最不爽的一次体验。酒店从一进大堂就有很难闻的异味，电梯间，房间，都很难闻。在艺龙定了含早的高级大床房，到餐厅说不含早，到前台查询也说不含早，据理力争总算前台承认含早，说跟餐厅沟通好了可以去用餐，到餐厅又被拒绝。无法忍耐这样的酒店决定提前退房，退房结账要求减去餐费还被前台质问说不允许修改。几经折腾才算解决。以后都不会再住这家店了

总体感觉还行。位置不错，交通方便。就是门口不华丽，不像四星级。设施较陈旧。靠马路这边的房间夜里过车时有点吵，早餐过于简单。其他还好。
