前台小姐非常nice，解答客人问题耐心而细致。
交通比较方便，附近有城轨站点“城西站”，搭乘“海口—美兰”线城轨，10多分钟就可以从“城西站”到达美兰机场。

酒店前台态度太差了。从来没有遇到过态度那么差的，你们酒店前台是不可以办业务的吗？我退住房押金那么凶我干嘛呢？贵酒店工作人员不需要培训就可以上岗的吗？带着那么大的情绪工作。
