酒店位置比较好，旁边就是海口人民公园，骑楼老街也不远，有车直达机场。卫生间不是全封闭的，房间里面湿气比较重，空调效果不好。

我觉得酒店服务还可以，但是同程的客服真垃圾！叫他帮忙换房间她没办法，我只好和酒店交涉，人家酒店二话不说就换了，投诉她们，她们都爱理不理的，难道是和微信合作了，就可以店大欺人？
