我去过海南不下20次，这是服务最差的酒店，在艺龙订的房到酒店告知没房，前台五个人推三阻四，态度相当冷漠，后来再三交涉才安排，因为送孩子去海师上学没办法，早餐简直没法吃，下次绝对不会入住这个酒店。不过要感谢预订部姓彭的小姐，不仅帮我协调还帮我推荐大学城附近的酒店，服务很好很专业。
