在海口转机需要住一宿，机场附近没有近的酒店，就决定在海口东站附近住。这个酒店到东站10分钟步行，在艺龙上定了2间标间，是预付的，到前台后被告知没房，让我们退，再定高级的标间，因为是预付的没同意。后来艺龙客服主动和酒店经理联系，给我们升级了。很感谢不知姓名的客服，这几年出行一直用艺龙订房，方便快捷价格合理。有几次定的房间有问题都解决了，还会继续支持艺龙😄

下了高铁临时预定的，成功快速付款，但是到了酒店非说没房了，预定的不好使。好在艺龙即使给解决了，并且给免费升级了房间。只想说出门在外，遇到问题能有人帮助你，真的是件开心的事。之后预定肯定还会选艺龙！
