之前住过很多次维也纳酒店，因为之前住过的维也纳酒店都是下午两点退房，部分酒店可以延迟到下午3点退房。我们是下午三点多的高铁去美兰机场，所以就选择了海口东站的这家维也纳酒店了。酒店的整体环境不错，服务方面也很热情周到，客房内部的硬件设施非常好，在性价比方面非常满意了。唯一的遗憾也是意想不到的是酒店房卡上写的是下午14：00退房，而第二天却在11:52分的时候前台就打电话说12点是退房时间，酒店有欺诈消费者的嫌疑，不过由于刚好在有事没办法立刻退房，要求前台延迟下午一点钟退房，前台答应可以的，服务方面是非常不错的。综合而言这家维也纳酒店是挺不错的酒店，唯一的遗憾是让我一直以为是下午14:00退房的酒店却突然变成了12点退房，这一点我觉得有一点小遗憾，因为我选择这家酒店就是因为不想早点退房，然后到下午两点去火车东站乘车，如果这家酒店确实是12点退房的话，那就是我们的失误了，那这家酒店也没有与其他酒店更具备竞争优势的地方了。
