酒店紧邻滨海大道，交通便利，周边商圈发达，接待大堂开敞气派，前面有专用停车场，只是车位略显不足，但在这个位置相比周边酒店也算不错了。
服务设施上共有3部低层电梯，4部高层电梯，既使碰到团客也不会等太久，赞一个！1～3层有茶吧，宴会厅及中餐厅，顶楼还有观景自助餐厅，超级棒！
房间面积较大，卫生间独立隐蔽性好，我要的海景楼，窗外俯瞰就是万绿园和海景！

酒店的设施齐全，但是比较老旧了，普通房间的面积不大，有的布局不合理，室内长走廊就占用了很多空间，我订的是27楼房间，前台给我的是19楼，理由是这里的房间比较好，无法比较好坏，但是感觉这样改来改去的不舒服！酒店周边环境不错，特别是对面就是万绿园，可以闲暇之余运动观光！31楼的旋转餐厅很有特点，每天早上八点开始旋转，每一圈用时两个小时，餐食还可以吧！
