一楼有电脑，可以用。前台还有免税店优惠券可以领取，班线大巴可预约，退房后在大堂休息候车，大堂有免费自调欢迎饮品，口感不错，前台接待服务热情周到！耐心解答，介绍海口周边游玩的地方。

酒店位置在西海岸，属于新区，有点偏，但环境不错 。交通也方便，酒店对面就是海边，步行过去大概十分钟，过斑马线有一个长长的林荫道可以散步，直通海边，酒店卫生设施都不错，升级后的房间很大。设施齐全，早餐很丰盛，品种多样，酒店餐饮不贵中晚都可点餐，外卖挺方便的。
