酒店卫生特别差，地下还有头发，服务态度非常不好，房间门不能反锁，被子血迹斑斑，连续换了两次被子都这样，服务员告诉我全酒店的被子都一样，全部都有血迹，这样的酒店怎么评上四星级的，一个晚上都感觉恐惧的不敢入睡
