这次预定酒店让我超级火大，前面预定别的酒店，我打过电话给酒店，确定有房，艺龙下单，等了半个小时艺龙客服打电话给我，告诉我酒店没有房，口气生硬，我就回了一句刚才打电话有房，然后客服就开始提高音量，感觉在责怪我，我就问你们艺龙现在了不起了，别的客服遇见这种情况会给我想办法，而不是在那里跟我扯那么多。后来直接取消订单，没有办法人生地不熟，又半夜，只能再通过艺龙下单，订单确认后到这个酒店，到了酒店告诉我没有大床房了，我实在不想折腾了，一次付出不愉快的订房经过，感觉艺龙现在没有以前那么替客户着想了。
