最差体验，1.入住房间第三天门卡不能使用，晚上服务员上来开门，开完后问服务员‘门卡什么原因坏了，能给处理吗？’服务员扭头就走，让问总台。问总台，总台说不清楚，那个门锁有问题，让明天再说。第二天早晨询问，依然不搭理，说不会处理，要不给你换一间。。。我无语，着急办事，还有一堆私人物品要收拾，我费那劲干吗？晚上回店，仍打不开，再次电话总台，十多分钟不见人，又电话，总台来人刷开。出去回来又喊开一次门，我也是醉了！最后一晚也不在计较了。总体服务特别差，爱理不理。其他酒店遇到门卡不能用都是服务员来给开门，拿张好用的，坏的拿走处理，从未遇到这种不管不问状况。2.电梯很旧，门都晃，房间设施陈旧，住的花园套房都缺少好多东西。3.开的发票金额不是付款金额，扣除了艺龙的返现，想通过返现多开发票的更不要住了！赶早班飞机，回来后才仔细核对金额发现的！

酒店位置很好价格有点偏高服务还行卫生说的过去楼下有早茶店东西比较全好吃就是不便宜，周围吃的很多交通方便，
