  两次入住了，都挺安静的，就是退房办理有点慢，不喜欢卡点退房，因为两次都是准备要去机场，在离开房间时打了电话到前台说退房，下楼后自己去门口外面拦好的士，再转回去前台，房间还没查好，司机一直在外头等，当时前台就我在办理退房，太慢了！ 另外还没拆过的浴巾里面有头发还有些许污渍，唉，让我好好感受一次海南的美好吧。

  已经很多次入住这家酒店啦，可以说是每次来海口的首选酒店！主要是以这么实惠的价格可以住到品质这么好的酒店，还是蛮窃喜的，而且新装修过的酒店，各方面都很新，住得也很舒服，洗手间干净得没话说，卫生工作还是蛮到位的！每次来前台小姐姐都很热情，笑容很好很nice！
