第一次入住，床上有虫子，换一间后洗手间浴缸有死壁虎，带着两个孩子，小的只有一岁，怕不干净，要求换新的床套被单，第一次电话打给大堂人员，等十几分钟没人来，再打一次，几分钟内来了，语气特别不好的说:今早刚换的被单床套，为什么还要换？都不知道你嫌弃什么？
听到这样，我觉得自己都要疯了，当场发飙骂了一顿，服务员才不吭声！！！
只能说，这是最后一次入住。第一次在海南这个城市住酒店，居然是这样的情况。
