一次非常差的入住体验，晚上十二点多已经快睡着了，一个人陌生人直接进去我的房间了，吓死我了，那人来了句，我没退房吗？我都无语了，这是什么情况，一个酒店的管理混乱到这种程度，如果当时我不在房间，如果当时我女朋友也在，我真的不敢想象。一整晚都没睡着。
