酒店设施很旧，卫生也差，前台服务极差，订房含早餐，却说没有，吵闹后又给了！没有一点服务的感觉！早餐厅居然有两个不同的地方，一个需交钱消费，一个是含在房费内的，差别很大！没有性价比，差到极点！

四星级酒店的价格，旅馆或者宾馆似的环境。豪华大床房进去没震惊死，棕色地毯黑乎乎的脏的不成样，卫生间腐烂脱皮，房间的空间也没那么大，床靠 桌台 衣柜不知道从哪个地方淘来的像八十年代的那种粗木头旧大件，把床围与它之间的通道都快挤没了，还有一阵怪气味，房间内椅子脏的恶心，所有灯开了还有窗，还是昏暗。像前台投诉换了一间还是那样我深深怀疑是不是普通大床房冒充豪华给我的，后来问卫生服务员，都说9和15楼是豪华大床房，我住的换的是普通房，没法区别真假了，算倒霉，近4 百住了一间旅馆房似的房间，一早退房换酒店了。差评叉叉评。大家千万别看酒店那些好评，真怀疑是托做的。
