房间设施比较陈旧，因为潮湿，总有一股霉味，但是离海岸很近，而且沙滩非常干净，泳池非常棒，还有公共温泉池和小鱼池，总的来说价格虽不便宜，性价比还不错。一定要高楼层的。

西海岸大酒店环境优美，穿过几十米后花园就到海边了，海水不够三亚那边清澈，但还是不错，沙子很幼，海边没有救生员看，有几项水上运动玩，酒店内有游泳池有温泉池鱼疗池。前台服务员很有礼貌，酒店装修有点旧，不过还很干净，厕所没有门，床头没有插座充电，房间没有一抽抽的纸巾，这两点可以改进一下。总体入住非常满意。

酒店外的风景很好，走出阳台便是海景，但房间设施有点老旧，前台服务员态度有点生硬！除此以外，还是不错的！
