副楼也就是2号楼，条件就是招待所，房间老旧，还有味道，蚊子特别多，比快捷酒店还不如，如果对住宿品质有要求的不建议入住，优点就是离万绿园和商圈近，吃饭方便，去骑楼小吃街打车12块左右
