酒店的设施中规中矩，我们订的普标，没有空调，但有电热毯，热水只在晚上9-11点供应，但水量不是很稳定。最无语的是前台的工作人员，说我们的订单没有跟他们确认，我们本来订了两个晚上，但他们只提供一晚的住宿，第二天要我们加价去他们另一个连锁店，还好及时找艺龙的工作人员跟他们沟通了，才让我们顺利入住。

房间有电热毯，冬天睡着不冷，但是经常停水比较恼火，而且只有晚上很短时间有热水，其他的都还不错，服务员态度不错，提供早饭，馒头稀饭可以随便吃，旁边还有一家叫江油特色餐馆的小馆子，价格非常公道，推荐

酒店还不错，在磨西古街，在摩西中学斜对面，旁边有一家川菜馆很便宜。出来旅游，步行到海螺沟景点大门6分钟，去燕子沟也很方便。当地供水需要改进。

标间小了些，热水只有晚上九点至十一点，有电热毯，没有暖气，十二月份还行，不觉得冷。整体感觉还算舒适，送的早餐是面条，味道还行。寄存行李不收费，离沟口近，走路十分钟可以到，周围有超市，很多大排档，很便利

住宿条件很一般，热水定时供应，入住人多的时候，根本就没有热水。下水道还堵塞。根本达不到豪标的标准。这种酒店只能算得是旅店。不过店里的服务员态度还算行，硬件太差，服务员也没办法。
