我们定的标准房，环境很差！地毯是脏的。睡到晚上还有老鼠在洗手间跑出来！服务态度冷淡。建议住客栈，环境和设施都比这里好几倍！

这家酒店最大的优势我觉得就是位置好，离车站和景区入口都近。可是，如果让我选择我更愿意选择一些客栈，因为感觉上比酒店还干净卫生，酒店的地上感觉脏脏的。不过不挑剔的人还是可以将就住。

海螺沟的酒店整体设施都不太好，这么比冰川算可以的了，这次先安排的一楼非常潮，经过同程协调，第二天换到二楼要好一点了。

酒店虽然旧些，但用品还是挺新的，有一点需要注意的就是酒店12点以后没有热水，但酒店并没提前告知顾客。还有一个就是酒店的早餐比较差，建议自己去外面吃。

本来定的贡嘎宾馆，结果前台先是说查不到订单，给她看了手机上的确认信息，才一脸不高兴地定了，给钱时居然提了个及其苛刻的条件：小孩不要把床弄脏了，否则全价赔偿。当时就毛了，反问她们大人是不是就可以弄脏，居然回答说洗不干净的污渍就要全价赔偿。马上找艺龙投诉了，立刻退了宾馆。又定的冰川，比贡嘎条件好多了，前台mm很热情，房间布局应该是当年的星级宾馆设计，虽然旧了，但睡觉非常安静，也很干净。整个过程艺龙处理得不错，确实是有实力的大网站，不过在收到艺龙对冰川的确认信息之前无处可去，要是拖着行李等就有点悲惨了，幸好是自驾车，干脆开到燕子沟去看了看，没想到一路都是向日葵，美极了，意外惊喜，呵呵。
