硬件很不错的酒店，硬件来说我非常喜欢，但是客房卫生打扫的非常非常敷衍，到什么程度呢？卫生间的刷牙杯子居然是没有洗过的，上面还有上一个客人留下的牙膏，简直太让人无语了。窗帘后面还有用过的棉签，衷心希望酒店管理层可以好好管理一下保洁服务，不然这样下去迟早要完。

摸着良心说话！这次住的真差！1.前台服务员爱理不理！在网上下了单开车去他家，不知道拐个弯才到他家酒店，就在他隔壁家酒店门口打电话问服务员，居然说旁边的酒店没听过不知在什么位置，两家酒店相差三十步路！那个气不呀！2.没WF。3.洗澡没凉鞋，没有防滑垫！4.床的床垫垫的又厚又高！当天开车从江苏过来，下午去乌镇玩到晚上才开车过来，很累，但是和老公都一夜睡不着！早上5点起床上手机斗地主，实在想睡睡不着，直接洗涮退房走人了！以后经常来海宁，但这家不会在考虑的！真心不爽！
