第一次来海宁观潮，也第一次来雷迪森酒店入住，看网上评语蛮好，也期待值比较高。真的名不虚传，入住后从设施到环境到服务都令人满意。最令人满意的地方是，有问题了酒店能快速给予满意的解决方法。江景很美，正好入住不久就有潮了，虽然小但也第一次亲眼看，也兴奋不已。酒店晚间送的水果、饮品和小点心，便签给人温馨的感觉，很赞！早餐点心好吃😋这次带的爸妈来的，下次带公婆来也准备住这儿！

一进房间就发现地上有只小强…挺无语的…客房服务帮忙又吸了一次地…但是我站的角落没有来吸过，感觉意思了下就完事了……江景还可以，酒店健身房下午一点才开不是很好，习惯早上运动，之前住的其他五星都是常开健身房的
