酒店服务非常差，尤其是6月5日下午在预订部接听电话的一位小姐，回答问话只会讲一个词。“嗯”，“不行”，“不知道”…这么垃圾的员工只适合在垃圾酒店工作。PS.酒店的窗帘居然是紫色。
