酒店硬件条件好，软件服务也不错，但有四个问题需要引起重视：1.水龙头放出的水特别浑浊，建议安装净化装置；2.电梯、楼道都没有设立垃圾桶，造成公共场所的垃圾无法投放；3.游泳池水温太凉，这个季节下水冻得发抖；4. 健身房十一点以后无人值班，想归还耳机又怕被人顺手牵羊…，

应该是海宁最好的酒店了吧，全家出游晚九点多入住的，订单要求一一满足，好楼层无烟房，带宝宝的关系500多的客房被升级到了1000多的套房，估摸着有60平，宝宝乐翻了还有胶囊咖啡机，早餐还算丰富一到十点半收的一点不剩，速度够快，下次还会来
