在海宁算是最好的酒店了，硬练什么都非常好，特别喜欢房间里的播放机～但服务真的稍显不够，五星级酒店没有帮忙拿行李也是少见，早餐服务员不能帮忙安排位置埋头干活不搭理也是闻所未闻，总体皆好但服务等细节还是需要多多加强

酒店硬件设施很好，房间宽敞，床睡得很舒服。早餐儿童半价，算比较丰富，但两天的内容几乎完全一样，没有变化。早餐餐厅外有个花园，这个天坐在外面吃早餐很舒服。酒店健身房器械很新很全。服务员们的态度都很好。

酒店的位置很好,房间面积很大，卫生间干湿分离，装修也不错，早餐也很丰富，就是多加一份要169元偏贵，但国庆700的价格住这个房间含双早性价比较高，走15分钟就到银泰城，吃饭方便。

有两张成人早餐券 一大人带二小孩去（五岁 十一岁) 即然让我们再买张儿童餐半价的 我一张成人餐券不正好抵二位儿童吗？大过节的不想与其说话 以后再也不去此店!
