开车进市区海宁宾馆附近要注意，这一带交通很乱，路上没有标线，没有交警，到处都是乱停车和非机动车乱窜，走小巷车身很容易被刮；附近到处是单行道，如工人路、长埭路等，并且指示标牌不清晰，一不小心就会走错，哪怕是几米，就是窜禁行，交警的电子眼马上就会录下，罚款150元，扣3分；有的路口是禁止右转的，绿灯也不能开，不按车道行行驶，罚款100元，扣2分，外地车要特别小心，也许跑遍全浙江都没罚单，一进海宁市区就吃罚单，保险起见的话最好是不要进城住宿，绕开海宁市区。
