别的不多说，虽然现在这个季节是淡季，客人入住少些，但是我觉得酒店的服务不能根据季节变淡而变淡！总体感觉酒店的卫生和前台服务需要提高些，前台遇见客人需要站立，这是最起码的尊重！算我多言！但是我觉得四星就要有四星的气质！

出差 住了两天 酒店还可以 比较干净 可能淡季原因 收拾屋子不大及时 也没有换浴巾毛巾 离海边步行十分钟

出差去的 海阳是明显的旅游城市 冬天风很大 酒店住着可以 房间面积挺大 不知道是不是淡季的原因早餐种类数量少 餐厅晚餐的时候敲门才开门

服务水平明显与四星级不符，服务态度连经济型酒店都不如，前台服务员个个拉着脸，问话爱答不理的，房间打扫要等到服务员吃完午饭上班后再打扫，订的60平米的豪华海景房，给安排的房间面积绝对不到60平，也就40平。说是海景房，也只是远远的能看海而已，步行去海边也得十分钟到一刻钟，比起下楼到马路对面就是沙滩海边的海景房没有位置优势。房间的电视就不用说了，直接看图片吧。
