前台服务太差，尤其那个姓刘的服务员，我在艺龙网定的酒店，显示订单正常，到了前台服务员说是我没有订单，让我电话联系艺龙，我按她的要求联系了，艺龙已经发过确认函了，但那个刘服务员给我说她可以取消我的订单，我说你想怎么叼难我就行，但你给我说个原因，什么**服务啊，整个酒店稀稀拉拉也就几十个人，就你那个服务那个客人还想下次来住，也就是坑团队酒店的客人吧，

设施陈旧，服务差 。入住前说有热水，保证能洗澡。结果热水仅能洗洗手而已，若要洗澡，等夏天吧！！！！！！
