酒店的空调没制冷，开了半个多小时还是27℃。房间电话居然不能打自己前台，还得打市话。来了个大姐过来捣鼓半天空调，根本不会弄，反而把房间温度升到了28.5，最后打电话联系之后告诉我是酒店空调制冷没开，还开不了。已经五月底了，白天30℃了，你们酒店还不给开空调，真服了。
要个电扇也没有，后来拿来一个空气加湿器，大姐放下后说了一句，别使坏了，坏了你就赔吧。我问大姐这个怎么能坏了？大姐说不加水就烧了，我问那怎么加水，大姐回答不知道。我真服了。服务态度一流。再也不会住这里了。

出乎预料的好酒店，比期望值高，得分名副其实！完全没有想到哈密这家酒店能让我这么满意，设施中规中矩、干净、简洁，晚上还送盐浴泡脚，唯一略微遗憾的是早餐没煮面条的。总的来说很棒

房间大，服务好，早餐一般，平时吃饭有些小贵，主要是牛排太好吃了，后悔没要5块。退房时先忘了钱包，查房的给前台，我吃了饭开票时给我了。结账又忘了信用卡，前台打电话给我，我去拿的。我查了查，好几年前来过，也是这家店，真是很不错。下次还会来这家店，就是会多要几块牛排。

环境和卫生不错，酒店后面就是公园，很安静。早餐也还算不错，下次有机会应该还是壳子选择的，停车的地方挺大。
