退房了，还收到个意外之喜，今天是平安夜，前台Lorna给了我一个平安果还祝我圣诞快乐，算是这次行程有个美好的收官。最后夸夸酒店的软硬件吧，虽然已经是三年的酒店了，但还是能看出在细微之处的用心维护，但最好的还是软件，服务真不错，技能熟练，沟通也很顺畅，可能这就是大集团，非常赞的体验

David is excellent. Thanks for his effort. It’s my first time to be Handan, my friend booked the hotel for me. Anyway, I got free upgrade when David helped me check in. The room had a nice city view. During my stay, He made me a travel plan, I gotta go having fun in the historic city. Wonderful trip.

第一次来邯郸玩，办入住的时候问了前台的小骆，説是福满园的菜比较有特色，然後去吃了吃，里面有一个什麽菌菇的锅很新鲜，酒店房间也很舒适，早餐也适口，下次可以再来

前台小詹很专业，给安排的房间还做了特别布置，还给了一份惊喜水果。很温馨的一趟旅程，天气也很好，着名的景点也都逛到了，看了很棒的表演，体验感拉满。最後希望之後回邯郸旅游还能看到小姑娘。

感觉酒店服务很专业，孙经理的提前安排不错，最近邯郸天气不错，房间温度有点热还特意帮忙挑了个角房，还提前送了欢迎水果，感受到酒店的服务热情，大堂吧的咖啡也挺好喝，就是九点就不营业了，有点遗憾，下次再来。
