  这家酒店位置很好，附近有大商场，外卖也很方便可以送到房间，工作人员服务很好很热情，前台小姐姐还给送的果盘，早餐也很丰盛，晚上还有夜宵提供，这也太贴心了吧！房间很大，干净卫生，卫生间干湿分离，没有异味，有种温馨如家的感觉。很舒适！退房时间还可以免费延迟到次日的晚上八点之前退房，真的是为顾客考虑的太周全了，最主要的还有高铁免费接送服务，这是我住过最贴心的酒店了。如有机会一定会再来光顾。

  房间很大很舒适，整体都很干净卫生，服务也很好的哦前台小姐姐还给送了水果盘很贴心，有还有暖胃又暖心的爱心夜宵，最主要的是有免费接送高铁站，太温暖了给我留下了很美好的印象，有机会还会再来光顾😊

  真的是很舒服的一家酒店，刚开始以为是网红主题酒店，但是来了之后感觉不是想像的那样，很适合商务出差，我还没下火车就联系我已经到站等我，到了酒店前台介绍的太全面了，很专业，并且又拿着水果把我送到房间，真的太感谢了，打扫卫生的服务员也很年轻，很有礼貌！介绍了很多酒店的设施

  来邯郸，这家酒店绝对一定要来住 保证不后悔 服务态度超级棒 重点是他家的装修风格真的感觉好浪漫 好舒适 好高级 洗漱用品都是大牌施华蔻的 冰吧里面的吃的喝的都跟外面超市价位一样 大堂休息区摆满了书，邯郸的历史文化底蕴一下子体现的淋漓尽致，只可惜我不是个爱看书的人 哈哈 这次带孩子来住的 孩子一个劲的说酒店好漂亮 床品也很舒服 下次还想住 隔壁湘园餐厅也不错 里面的菜很好吃  这次住宿住出了五星级酒店的赶脚 这个价位真不贵 关键可以免费下午六点退房，高铁站也免费接送。。好不好看体验，谁住谁知道！

  五星好评！每次来鹤壁都是住中凯伯爵，性价比高，物超所值，干净卫生，服务热情周到，早餐很丰富，停车很方便！今天很感动，高铁过来，暴雨回不去了，从万达淌水过来住，服务员特意送来一双袜子👍👍👍👍
