前台小姐姐给我了一个大房。环境很好，地铁站走路10分钟左右。早餐种类不是很多，但基本都有。
晚上有时候有敲打的声音，应该是隔壁。

酒店离大运河很近，步行约1.2公里。房间设施很新，空调很暖和。早餐厅人很少，品种不多但味道很好，尤其小馄饨。

staff need to train on how to communicate with foreigner travelers. very impatient when ask simple inquiries.
hotel internet are not provided to foreigner travelers without China handphone number because they only open up the internet connection if there are tour coming in to stay in this hotel.
Fortunately during our check out the front desk manager did come and apologize on the communication issue & internet issue.

Excellent room, clean nicely furnished and a most comfortable bed. Great delicious & varied breakfast. friendly & attentive staff. Location in pleasant leafy residential neighborhood, about 10 minutes walk to metro station, and to local mall with supermarket.
AC is not available by December so room can be uncomfortably warm & dry even with a fan. (which staff promptly brought one over)
Would be great for a few minor improvements, better enforcement of no smoking policy, adjust doors so they don’t slam, and lower heat setting in rooms.

在一个寒风凛冽的日子入住了一家温暖的酒店，酒店到周边玩的地方挺近的，住宿条件也不错，早餐也挺丰盛，车位充足。就是第二起来才发现床单上有血清，另外电车充电桩好些用不了，希望改进。

房间整体来説比较满意！性价比很高，停车方便，地理位置也还可以靠近闹市和景点，套房两个洗手间但是没有配浴缸是比较遗憾的，毕竟空间很足够，淋浴厕所都大的可以用空旷形容，会感觉比较冷，还有就是酒店的空气循环系统是不是有点问题，确实有股不太好闻的味道，晚上更明显，还有就是电视机能大屏点就好啦。

已经是第二次来了，服务很好，环境也很好，考虑到考试，特意安排了僻静的房间，图片是续住后的整理图，前台对接的是千千，服务很贴心，反馈的问题一直有跟进处理。房间很舒服，有窗，空间大，洗漱间和衞生间空间也很宽裕，双人床是135的也很大，水吧茶叶和咖啡挂耳都有，浴袍是一次性的袋子装好，也很安心可以使用，马桶也是很乾净！总之这个价格在杭州非常划算，距离地铁口十分钟，比西湖边上的没窗的狭小的酒店好太多，推荐！
